新艺剧坊简介

本着发扬粤剧艺术, 培育热爱粤剧人士, 增加与国外粤剧艺人的交流以及参与慈善活动的宗旨；我们两位资深粤剧艺员朱敬芬和朱少芬, 与一群一直追随并与两位共同进退多年的粤剧爱好者成立”新艺剧坊”,今后将积极朝着扩大我国粤剧演出天地的道路前进.
作为新的粤剧团体, “新艺剧坊”的成员们都充满信心, 我们将延续对粤剧艺术的热忱, 对爱好粤剧演出的观众回报, 继续在舞台上呈献场场好戏. 本剧坊也会积极与各地的粤剧艺术家合作演出, 培植粤剧幼苗, 共同推广本地的粤剧演出.“新艺剧坊”将会全心全意为我国的慈善事业再尽一分棉力, 更加积极为有需要援助的人士献出我们的爱心, 传达”为善最乐”的精神, 回馈社会.

About OperaWorks Singapore

OperaWorks (Singapore) was set up by Cantonese Opera veterans, Chee Kin Foon and Chee Siew Fun together with a group of devoted friends. It was established with an aspiration to promote the art of Cantonese opera and to nurture Cantonese opera enthusiasts. In addition, OperaWorks (Singapore) hope to be able to initiate opportunities to interact and exchange expertise with overseas performers and to keep up the development of Cantonese opera performances in Singapore. OperaWorks (Singapore) aims to be an active figure in community service work and will dedicate its efforts to charity work as its foremost mission.
